CRIVACATION Member Services & Fees

We offer the largest and most experienced clearinghouse for resort vacation properties in the United States and around the world with savings up to 30 - 70% off accommodations. We provide Studio and one bedroom resort space in units that sleep 2 to 4 people. CRIVACATION also has two bedroom units that sleep up to six people. Our members also enjoy savings on a number of travel related benefits including: Airfare, Cruises, Hotel, Car Rental, Golf, Motorcycle Rental and Motor Homes.

Vacation Exchange Services

For our resort club members owning resort week (s), you may use CRIVACATION'S Exchange Program and trade your resort time for club week (s).

To use the CRIVACATION Exchange Program, the following procedures apply: You may follow the same procedure as requesting vacation time with your club membership. Simply inform the Vacation Counselor that you wish to make an Exchange Request. CRIVACATION will process your exchange using your banked vacation week (s).

Here are some special instructions and quick tip for making an exchange
If your resort operates with "floating" or "flex" vacation time - or you belong to a "points-based" vacation club - please make note of these special instructions:

1. Contact your resort or club directly to obtain your unit/week assignment before calling CRIVACATION to make your deposit.
2. If you plan to deposit your week for a CRIVACATION exchange vacation, you should request your unit/week assignment as soon as possible. Your eligibility to do this will depend on the policies at your resort or club. Once you have received and/or verified your unit/week assignment, call us to make your Resort Bank Deposit right away.
3. Keep in mind that most "floating/flex" time resorts and "points-based" vacation clubs require payment of your annual maintenance fees before they will assign your unit/week.

What if your plans change?
No matter what type of vacation time you own, if you make a Resort Bank Deposit or a vacation exchange request and your plans change unexpectedly, call us as soon as possible. You may request a withdrawal of your Resort Bank Deposit, provided the following conditions apply:

1. You have not received a confirmed exchange vacation against it.
2. Your deposited week has not been assigned to another CRIVACATION member to fulfill an exchange request.

Changing your Exchange Request
At any time during the search process for your vacation exchange, you may alter your exchange request (desired resort areas and/or travel dates) with no fees or penalties. Simply call a CRIVACATION Vacation Counselor to change your vacation options.

1. Deposit your Vacation Time as early as possible.
2. Request your exchange vacation as soon as you decide where and when you want to travel.
3. Select a variety of resorts or destinations.
4. Keep your membership current.
5. Call a CRIVACATION Vacation Counselor whenever you have a question.
